This privacy policy was last updated on 30 June 2026 and applies to citizens and legal permanent residents of the European Economic Area and Switzerland.

In this privacy policy we explain what we do with the data we obtain about you via https://www.lastpage.com. We recommend you read this statement carefully. In our processing we comply with the requirements of data protection legislation. This means, among other things, that:

1.1 Contact – via the contact form and e-mail

When you send us an enquiry via the contact form or by e-mail, we use the following data:

  • E-mail address
  • The content of your message
  • IP address

Retention period: We keep this data for as long as is necessary to answer and follow up your enquiry.

1.2 Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your e-mail address to send you updates. For distribution we use Mailchimp (Intuit) as a processor, which may process and transfer data outside the EEA on the basis of SCC and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Basis: On the basis of consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the e-mail.

1.3 Statistics and analytics

To understand how the website is used so we can improve content and functionality, we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. For this purpose the following data may be processed:

  • IP address (truncated/anonymised)
  • Device and browser type
  • Which pages you visit and how you move around the website
  • Anonymised session recordings, for example mouse clicks and scrolling (Microsoft Clarity only)

Basis: On the basis of consent.

Retention period: Up to 13 months for Google Analytics and up to 1 year for Microsoft Clarity.

1.4 Marketing

To measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and to show more relevant advertising, we use Google Ads. For this purpose the following data may be processed:

  • IP address
  • Information about ads you have seen or clicked, and actions on the website (for example an enquiry)

Basis: On the basis of consent.

Retention period: Up to 3 months for conversion cookies from Google Ads.

Google and Microsoft process this data as processors on our behalf and may transfer and process data outside the EEA. Such transfers take place on the basis of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
