1.3 Statistics and analytics
To understand how the website is used so we can improve content and functionality, we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. For this purpose the following data may be processed:
- IP address (truncated/anonymised)
- Device and browser type
- Which pages you visit and how you move around the website
- Anonymised session recordings, for example mouse clicks and scrolling (Microsoft Clarity only)

Retention period: Up to 13 months for Google Analytics and up to 1 year for Microsoft Clarity.
1.4 Marketing
To measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and to show more relevant advertising, we use Google Ads. For this purpose the following data may be processed:

- Information about ads you have seen or clicked, and actions on the website (for example an enquiry)

Retention period: Up to 3 months for conversion cookies from Google Ads.
Google and Microsoft process this data as processors on our behalf and may transfer and process data outside the EEA. Such transfers take place on the basis of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
