Terms & Conditions

1) This site is operated by LP Management (LPM) who is not an Escort Agency, WebCam Operator, Party Organiser or organisation involved in any form of commission based introductions. LP Management does charge for site memberships, banner advertising and handling fees for products that may be offered within the site from time to time.

2) LPM will at all times use its best endeavours’ to ensure that the site is available for viewing without interruption but cannot guarantee continuous service should a fault occur with their server or for other reasons, beyond their control, that may prevent the site from appearing.

3) LPM offers free access to any person wishing to view the directory and its contents as well as the forum. Visitors will NOT have the ability to post replies to any topic in the forum. All visitors are welcome to join as a member and enjoy the benefits of the site as detailed and as may be adjusted without notice.

4) LPM offer the opportunity for service providers, whether individuals or trading entities, to advertise their services (within the listed genres), free of charge, in the “Directory” section of this site. This is limited to one photograph, a brief description and contact details. Random Banner Advertising (explained below) will be visible on these pages. LPM requires the information and photographs submitted to be accurate and truthful and the service provider agrees not to upload any images that may contravene any local or international laws. Furthermore all Service Providers guarantee that they or the individuals whose details they are posting are of a legal age to offer such services in the country or territory in which they are based. ANY advertising or suggestion of under age sex will be removed from the site and reported to the relevant authorities. LPM does not accept responsibility for any misleading advertising of which they were unaware but agree to remove such articles immediately on receipt of proof. LPM cannot be held responsible for content of sites linked through their pages and are, therefore, out of their control. By registering for this advertising space, the service provider will be able to change the photograph and details at any time by entering the site with their unique username (email address) and password. Upgrading to full membership (as detailed below) is available at all times unless the provider has been notified by LPM that they are not permitted to do so and the reason why. The service provider agrees not to share their username and password with any third party.

5*) Membership to the site is offered to both service “providers” and “seekers” and the conditions stated in (4) above apply where relevant. Payments for memberships will be processed through our agent “PayPoint” at a rate that is published on the join page. Memberships are recurring and WILL be re-billed on each 30 day anniversary of the original payment. This re-billing will continue until such time as the subscription is cancelled, by the member following the instructions that will be sent to the registered email address immediately after initial registration. New members are advised to keep that information for future reference. Apart from the username (the email address) and password NO personal information entered on the PayPoint site, is kept by LPM or stored on our servers. LPM guarantee not to sell or allow access to members’ email addresses.

6) Members may use the facilities of the site but will have them withdrawn, either individually or as a whole, if the member contravenes any guidelines or the rules of common decency as decided by the management of the site and explained, in writing, to the offending member. Members should not use any of the on-site messaging services to spam or advertise their services in an unsolicited manner. By joining the site, members agree not to share or divulge their access codes with ANY other person. Members agree not to publish personal information about any person without their permission and to behave in a manner that is expected of adult human beings and not to bring disrepute to the site. Members further agree not to make forum postings or add to their blog any postings that denigrate the site or site management for no reason other than malevolence with the sole aim of denigrating the site or management due to personal differences. The site management reserves the right to terminate the membership (with or without prior notice or refund) following abuse of these terms and conditions.

7) These terms and conditions are published in good faith and may be subject to alteration without notice.
